Prepare for Pickup
Carefully disassemble your furniture if necessary and pack it in its original protective packaging to ensure safe transit back to our warehouse.
Schedule Collection
Our specialized white-glove logistics partner will contact you within 3-5 business days to schedule a convenient window for the item collection.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, minus a flat-rate return shipping fee.
